This Application allows communication between you and our anaesthetists using your electronic device. We do not collect or distribute any personal information about you as an individual but will collate information and data regarding anaesthetists booking details keyed for internal analysis or audit.

If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile, electronic communication (under “Note” in the booking form), or other interactive areas of the Application, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas can be accessible by the Application administrator.

Derivative Data

The information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including booking requests, amendments, cancellations, as well as other interactions with the Application and other users via server log files.

Financial Data: Not applicable. There is no payment necessary for this Application and no monies will be collected via the Application.

Social Media Network Permissions: Not applicable.

Data from Social Networks: Not applicable.

Other Communication Applications: The application function includes a link to WhatsApp for communication with individual anaesthetists. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

Geo-Location Information: Not applicable. This Application does not utilize or have any Geo-location functionality. This application does not track any location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology.

Mobile Device Access: This Application requires your device’s notification system to be turned on to facilitate its function.

Push Notifications: We request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the Application. If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, the Application functions will be limited.

Mobile Device Data: This Application requires an active internet connection to facilitate its function. We are not responsible for data consumed for its function.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

TA Medical Booking System (TABS) use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you interact with other users of the Application, those users may see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity on the Application, including booking requests, confirmation, amendment and cancellations.

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.
